Procurement

The Procurement Office is responsible for processing and managing all contract and purchase order requests for goods and services from Sanford Lab staff and researchers. 

The Procurement Staff:

  • Develops and implements purchasing and contract management policies and procedures, and provides user training.
  • Prepares and posts Requests for Proposals and Invitations to Bid.
  • Develops contracting forms that align with SDSTA objectives and comply with state and federal purchasing regulations.
  • Obtains maximum value for our resources by assuring that fair and open competition is conducted.
