This 5-day foundational workshop is designed for any teacher wishing to better understand how SEPs, CCCs and DCIs work together to deepen student learning.
During this workshop you will:

Reflect on the nature and dimensions of science learning,

Build capacity to implement three-dimensional experiences in your classroom,

Practice strategies that uncover student thinking, and
-
Discover opportunities to connect your classroom to the cutting-edge science
taking place at the Sanford Underground Research Facility (SURF).
*Preference will be given to applicants that have not previously attended a SURF week-long summer workshop.
