Ally Bowers

Ally is a Science Education Specialist with the Education & Outreach team at the Sanford Underground Research Facility (SURF). Prior to joining SURF in 2026, Ally taught high school sciences for eleven years and loved helping students grow their science identities, science confidence, and real-world critical thinking skills. She is a lifelong learner with a master's degree in science education and loves professional growth, as well as connecting with other passionate educators.
