The roof of the SDSTA building known as the “The Battery Shop” needs an updated roofing system as the current one is experiencing leaks. The building was constructed in 1945, and the original roof was a concrete deck that was presumably sealed with an asphalt-based roof coating. Any subsequent repairs were made with asphalt-based products.
